Standard Shipping Standard 7-12 Business Days

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, for all standard services we estimate you will receive this order within 7-12 business days of its shipment date. Shipping times may vary, but we will try our hardest to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Weekends and holidays should not be included when calculating delivery times for shipping services.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional $9.95 shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that We are not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), We are not responsible for the reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

Taxes and customs

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by us.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Please note, We are unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees or issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.

30-Day No-Risk Return Policy & Guarantee

We respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

For international customers please note that original shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but return shipping charges are also not refundable. We are unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders or refused shipments.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • A return fee of $9.95 will apply for clearance items and items returned after 15 days of delivery.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.


Return processing normally takes between 7-12 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
